As payment for getting refuge from his forces the group reluctantly agrees to a bold plan of Syndulla's and his right hand woman Ishval to assassinate Emperor Palpatine and Darth Vader when they perform their first official visit to Ryloth/Algeria. The visit is a staging ground to perform the assassination. Imperial leader Contessa Valentina Allegra de Fontaine discovers the plot and sends her elite operative John Walker aka U.S. Agent to stop the assassination.
