Nobody really pays attention to the little town of Pangea. Why would they, for it's just a small town in a big world. Nothing ever happens there, right? Well, that's a useless assumption. Every month or so, a body turns up with the police quick to cover it up. No one really does care though; usually the victims were terrible people and over time a "Good riddance" type of mindset was formed. Now the identity of this mystery killer, dubbed The Avenger by most has been kept very well and while there have been theories, (it's just a theory... A GAME THEORY) none of them been any close to the truth. Almost none that is... In comes Russia, one of the most competant detective working on the case.
