After the war with the UNSC against the Insurrection an individual went out of the galaxy to find a place to stay away from the war and found an ocean planet were he meets alien cloners but when he received a transmission about UNSC planets being attacked by a group known as the covenant he believed that something has be done by this he ask the cloners if they can creat an army in which they already have in a way it was for their redemption and to give the clones free will and a true purpose he take the clone army to help the UNSC against the covenant.
