Harper Hartley has never asked for magic. Yet Willowbridge-her quiet, charming, too-old town-keeps nudging its way into her day. Steam curls into shapes, reflections whisper, pigeons stare in perfect unison, and a golden origami bird seems determined to have opinions. Everyone else calls it coincidence. Harper calls it suspicious. When Rowan Marlowe steps into her life-soft-spoken, observant, and hiding a power he's desperate to control-the strange moments begin to sharpen. The town reacts to him. The bird reacts to him. And Harper can't tell if she's imagining the connection between them... or if Willowbridge has been waiting for it. As forgotten histories resurface and long-silent magic begins to stir, Harper is pulled into a truth woven between their families, their choices, and the town's quiet heartbeat. With humor, chaos, slow-burn tenderness, and a mystery older than both of them, Harper must learn to trust what she sees-even when the world tries to pretend it's ordinary. Some magic whispers. Willowbridge listens. And Harper is finally listening back.

This is the story about a dimension I created when fantasizing about a wizard discovering the very essence of the nature of magic. Here, a wizard librarian and his familiar tabby cat (Lucy) discovers how to obtain immortality by understanding that magic is alive. The librarian creates the Scriptorium, a pocket dimension connecting to libraries, by bending reality with philosophical thought. This action outmaneuvers mortality by stepping outside of the binaries of life and death. The Scriptorium records the consciousness, experiences, and knowledge of the wizard. As the wizard accumulates knowledge in the "real world," the scriptorium grows. So long as the pursuit of knowledge exists, the wizard will exist. Ultimately, the wizard becomes the Lore Master of the Scriptorium. My inspiration behind this story developed when I played with AI to develop my wizarding persona. However, the Scriptorium, characters, magical world, magic system, and story are my own. I have been inspired by the Elder Scrolls, Harry Potter, The Worst Witch, and Dungeons & Dragons. I hope you enjoy the story!

But when Kaito, a nine-tailed silver fox thief, steals her from the windowsill, he doesn't just get a snack-he accidentally wakes up a girl. Now, "Cake" is a human with golden fox ears, a tail she can't hide, and a personality that is delightfully, unapologetically dense. Her goal? To bake hope back into a lonely world. Her problem? A grumpy nine-tailed fox who won't admit he's in love, a jealous ancient evil trying to burn down the town, and a government inspector who is allergic to fun. Welcome to Hearthollow. The ovens are hot, the magic is messy, and the baker is definitely not on the menu. Mira Wen was one of the few sane corporate drones left in her design firm- drawing until dawn, enduring her boss's endless "motivational abuse," watching her coworkers burn out one by one. Numb. Routine. Until that morning. Riding her scooter to work, she swerved to avoid a glowing white hedgehog and plunged straight into the river. Before vanishing into light, the hedgehog sighed, "Humans suffer too much. I'm ascending now-be free." When Mira opened her eyes again, she was a sixty-year-old granny. No family, no money-just an overly cheerful neighbor calling her "Auntie." On her first day, she could barely move; on the second, she limped outside, only to hear- "Granny, you can walk? Amazing! Truly amazing!" That was when she noticed it: Everyone around had pointed ears and swishing tails- except her. She wasn't in a human world anymore. She had crossed into Miao Dynasty-an era when humanity hadn't quite evolved. The hedgehog had left her a gift: a small, invisible spell. It could store items-but only a tiny bit. Yet whenever someone thanked her sincerely, whenever someone praised her with a heartfelt "Amazing!", that warm energy would grow, and her power would expand. And so, the burnt-out corporate grandma began her wonderfully free life in Miao Dynasty- a second chance to build her world from zero, this time not for clients, but for herself.

In a world where sorrow grows like ivy and the stars forget their stories, a girl named Nuraïa walks barefoot through the ashes of a name she never knew. Born of silence and shadow, she labors like a ghost in someone else's life-until a question blooms in her chest, soft but unrelenting: How can I sleep beneath a sky that shelters my mother's killer? With nothing but a woven satchel and a fire that won't go out, Nuraïa leaves the only home she's ever known. Guided by an old map stitched in stories, a boy with sunlight in his voice, and a brother who speaks of places she's never dreamed, she begins a journey toward Obsidian-a city where the wind remembers everything. But the deeper she goes, the more she finds that truth is rarely kind, and family is not always sanctuary.
