The bliss of being young, and the burden of growing up

in my wise old (young) age, i've come to appreciate the playful, joyful, yet beautiful and sorrowful field of writing that is poetry, in short. this is a random series of writing; some short, some long pieces, of poetry, that will be posted at random. please enjoy as most of this work i will try my very best to create by myself.

First of all let's start by saying that I am new on this app and it would be my first story that I write. Some of this events will come from things that Ive learn in my life and experience,while other events will be completely creations of my mind. I hope you enjoy this story and give me some advices if you want.On to the description>> Ella lives in the US, her boring and non-futurous life takes a turn when she is unexpectedly force to recreate a new life due to the new ravage USA and leave her family behind. Never did she thought that living her life would mean starting a new one. when she finds out that she's been living with the stranger that she texted in her old days, life gives her new hope and new goals. Warning! There might be grammar mistakes in this story, and cringy feelings,this story is not meant to offend anyone or anything.

Cathartic Note to a Younger Me

There's reality or there's nonreality?? I choose neither. I choose my own reality. I have never really been okay before in the world I live in. I've always seen the world different from others. Every herb makes me see the world differently and every mushroom makes me feel in a whole new way. I can't help that all my tea party's end up going rather quite bazaar. I'm angel to my world but to the creatures of Funderland they call me alice.
