Somewhere in the distance a Kingdom called "Llinger" It's rule by King Lloyd about the Demon threat. But the King didn't know what he up against. The Secret Order known as the Templar Order wanted to control Kingdom Llinger with the secret help from Demon Lord. The Legendary Assassin name Ezio Auditore who is a Mentor of Italian Brotherhood of an Assassins descendant of Japanese young man name Haruto who he also had another descendant name Altaïr Ibn-La'Ahad who is a Legendary Mentor Assassin of Levantine Brotherhood who eradicated the Demon King and Grandmaster Templar long ago, similar with Desmond Miles. Now the new Demon King will threat the Kingdom Llinger and now Ezio Auditore along with his fellow Assassins will stop the Demon and Templar once and for all.

The Land of Sequin is full of Mystery, Adventure, and danger. It's also a new place for the Assassin Brotherhood who called known as "The Hidden Ones". As the Hidden Ones have been born and fighting off against the Order of Ancients. The Order of Ancients has been sent to the Land of Sequin to recruit someone to join to control everything and get everything that they want. But the Hidden Ones send one of the Master Hidden Ones, a man named "Abbas" who is a member of the Hidden Ones and his Mentor sends him to Scuttle Town also known as Ammo Town to search and protect the Precusor Site that protects the Apple of Eden. Abbas will be an ally with the half-Genie Hero named Shantae alongside her friends Rottytops, Sky, Harmony, Bolo, and others will aid him on the new journey.
