Cristine lives inside the secluded town walls of Fortis, with her mother and younger brother, a job at the hospital, a best friend named Lindsey and another named Cam. The worst of her problems were finding the correct plants to be ground up for medicine. Fourteen years had passed inside the walls for her, and no more were to come.
