Once I thought I had arrived. Now I know that some battles are won, just to be started again. My third poetry book, exploring the depths of my heart and mind. I stopped writing poems for months. Let dust settle in my brain. Finally I started again. Months have passed and I wrote little. That is sad, but wouldn't you agree? Starting slow is better than not starting at all.

I've spent a lot of time thinking about what it truly means to call the Philippines 'HOME.' It's a place of incredible warmth and breathtaking beauty, but it also has its shadows and its struggles. I decided to put those feelings into words. My new poetry collection on Wattpad, Chosen Land, Beloved Beat , is my honest tribute to our country-capturing both the gold and the grit of our islands. BEHOLD MY BRAG BOOK This is a portfolio of awards and reviews that Ancilla and its art have received, both on Wattpad and in the real world, due to being entered in real-world contests in addition to those on Wattpad. (I self-published Ancilla commercially about a month before I published an edition of it on Wattpad). Ancilla's rate of winning contests on Wattpad, according to Google's calculator, is about one contest in three - one in two if I only look at the contests that did not fizzle out before completing. Real-world contest win rate: zero. For general wins and losses, refer to my 2024 and 2025 Books of Contests. This portfolio displays reviews, score sheets, comments, press releases, and interviews. Nearly all the material contained herein is glowing and positive (of course) but I have also tucked in some negative material and contest fails, including a downright withering review from some guy at IndieReader. Dear reader, I hope you find this entertaining. If you are an independent pro author like me, I hope you also find it useful for your journey to success.

The Masquerade Bookclub is a bookclub seeking to support its members with book recognition and criticism, as well as provide a variety of entertainments and rewards that members can relax and look forward to. Its main purpose is to serve as a platform for new and old writers to share their experience and engage with one another

In the Sunflower Reading Group, members are put in groups based on reading preferences, and each group is assigned two chapters of one book to read per week. New assignments are posted on Mondays ET. All books and people are welcome, apply inside!

Basically a reviews on the Wattpad books I've been reading, I'm not a full time writer so updates will be pretty much slow...

Sometimes you just want a second opinion on graphics. Even when you ask people to comment they usually don't. And if they do, they may not be totally honest. Here, we will make sure to be truthful and help you make your graphics better. We will tell you what you are doing right and wrong so you can be the best you can. Just send us a link to you graphic and we will be sure to tell you how you can improve.

I have just a few (a lot of) pet peeves about certain Wattpad tropes and topics that I'd just love to talk about. DISCLAIMER: Everything I say/write is just my opinion, please do not take it as a personal attack. I hope that this is obvious but my word is not gospel and I only will ever speak for myself unless stated otherwise. If you do/like some of the things I don't like, great! The world is a vast place full of tons of different ideas and thoughts!

Everyone is saying that my art is good and all, but I need some CRITICISM.

🖤ASKHOLE: A person who asks for your advice but always does the opposite. Offering my services to make that tuition money worth it. 💋🤡👻🎹🌈🍭🎂🍿🍰🥂🍾🍹🎨🎪🎟🎭🎸🎬 If you want/need an unbiased, honest, 100% sugar-free criticism on your story OR any of my other services, you came to the right neck of the woods. I have a degree in creative writing, so I'm not some joe blow in their mom's basement, who has a case of the dick swingin's and just thinks they know better than you or someone on here who likes to pretend their opinion is somehow superior. It cost my first born to be able say I know what I'm doing👶🏻 and I want to put it to good use to help people who need it. I'm like a pocket sized, personal professor who won't eventually sexually harass you. But I'm not here to just criticize you, slap your ass and send you on your merry way. After I give you my critique and assuming you don't cry...or even if you do, I'm here to tell you how to fix your shortcomings and actually do something about it. I don't want to just sprinkle some glitter on a pile of dog sh!t. Let's whip what's most likely a bowl of grammar catastrophe, dialogue horrors and punctuation nightmares, into a cake of literary splendor🎂
