*This is my first story and honestly is really bad, it goes way too fast and doesn't have a good story line....* On your winter break you decide to go to New York City to sight see and take photos for your photography course in school. On this earth, it goes through a delayed time phenomena. Meaning that the earth skips different areas of time. But goes back in time after doing three days of the present time, then goes back to a period of time that was skipped. The earth goes through three days of the skipped time before going back to the present and repeats the cycle of going through three days in the present. The books and archives that talk about the skipped pieces of time are just guesses made by the earth but not factual truth. The majority of people who lived in the parts of time that were skipped and in the present are completely oblivious to it. Everyone except Amelie Bonjour and Matheo Martin; two autistic youths. They have both learned about it from a rare book and an artifact called the Time Message Sender. Another problem separating both new friends is that they are living in two different times! Matheo Martin is living in the small town of Petit Arbre, Manitoba during a skipped time in 1983. Amelie Bonjour had moved to Petit Arbre during the present day. Amelie is going through the tough time of living through a divorce, and Petit Arbre in her time is nearly abandoned with the town buildings decaying. Her family is helping to restore the buildings. Though Amelie must face different monsters and paranormal activities plaguing the town that the current residents don't know about. Can Matheo and Amelie change the present for the better? Or will time on this earth deliver nasty consequences for their interference?

As someone who has flown a few times, you're likely to have experienced a few flight delays. As the victim of a delay, you're likely to have questioned their causes, only to be met with answers that didn't sound very convincing. Well, you wouldn't be wrong because, Elliot Hester, a former flight attendant, confesses that this happens more often than not. Though Hester claims that airline representatives never really lie, they don't exactly provide the whole truth either. Crew Manning Elliot recalls an incident involving a flight that was scheduled to fly from JFK to Zurich, but, was delayed till the very next day. When asked as to why the flight was delayed, passengers were told that there were "crew manning" issues. The term "crew manning" might evoke images of a sick pilot or a limited crew. However, in actuality, the flight's captain had been arrested for lewd behavior during his layover. To make things worse, the judge refused to let him go on bond as he believed the pilot posed a flight risk. The airline was unable to find a replacement and therefore, had to delay the flight by a whole day and put up passengers at a hotel. To put it simply, sometimes airlines are forced to choose between admitting an embarrassing truth and risking the passenger's wrath. In this case, the airline chose the latter. Security Issues In another incident involving a flight from Zimbabwe to Johannesburg, passengers had to sit through a 5 hour delay. Why? Well, the answer provided to them was that there was a security issue. It wasn't a complete lie actually. But, what really happened was that the captain had a tiff with the security personnel after being asked to remove his belt because the magnetometer wouldn't stop beeping. My flight was delayed only an hour due to a snow storm, but somehow, that hour turned into HOURS, and those hours turned into days, and those days turned into weeks, finally we had years, an eternity of happiness. At least that's what he promised. © 2015
