At a school full of expectations, labels stick fast.
There are the students who seem to have everything figured out-their schedules color-coded, their futures mapped out, their responsibilities carried without complaint. And then there are the ones who move through the halls like nothing can touch them-laughing too loud, arriving too late, pretending the cracks don't show. Most people stay in their lanes. Different friend groups. Different priorities. Different worlds. But sometimes, life has a strange sense of humor. It throws two people together who were never supposed to cross paths beyond a passing glance. It forces conversations that wouldn't have happened otherwise. It creates moments-small at first-that linger longer than they should. And what starts as an inconvenience can slowly become something neither of them saw coming.
