In order for a fairy tale to be a fairy tale there has to be a specific set of rules and boundaries set up. She’s hardheaded, big mouthed, impulsive, insecure, and always getting into trouble. So typically someone like this -a recipe for disaster- needs a hero, and she has one. So what’s wrong with this picture? Well, she is convinced that her knight in shining armor is dating her best friend and she is NOT happy. Then one night at a wild frat party she meets a mysterious bartender that will have Walt Disney weeping and the Grimm Brothers cheering. He is an absolute game changer and seems to want Marcy for himself. But the problem is he’s not the one who saved her, so he does not have the rights to her heart. Be that as it may, no one seems to give a damn about the typical rules regarding a fairy tale, and with the paparazzi cast as the fire breathing dragon, shit is bound to go down. This leaves our poor damsel juggling two boys, two pasts, two futures, and a crap load of high school drama. How will Marcy ever make it out alive? I've been playing by the dibs rule for as long as I can remember with Beth, my best friend of 16 years. It's been one of our many best friend traditions. We dibsed everything from the best spot on the couch to the last scoop of ice cream. But we're in our second to last year of high school now, and I'm more aware than ever of the differences between me and my best friend.
