As a wedding present to Rose, Lisa creates a special pill charmed with spirit that allows dhampirs to get pregnant by another dhampir. Rose is pregnant with Dimitri's second baby, and they decide to move back to Russia to raise their children. When they are happily settled back home, an unexpected visitor shows up and things get a little out of control. *COMPLETE*
