In the big city of TFCH (The Foot of Critteriffic Heights) one cat critter in specific has been living day by day, trying to stay happy in his current household. He would constantly stay up at night, and sleep during the day to avoid any form of interactions with his parents. Why? Because they're always peckering on him to change. Despite what he tries, for whatever reason, they're too persistent. They don't let him hang around the people he want to hang around, they're always telling him to be someone he isn't, trying to change his appearance, you name 'em: They're trying to control every aspect of his life. Sometimes they'd even take drastic measures to make sure it's done. Whether it harms or not. For 13 years he has been ignored, yelled at, sometimes even beaten for being the one HE wants to be. It only takes so long for one's sanity to fade though. After an incident with one of his few best friends, he's had enough... He decided to execute a plan he had made years before. Flee... Far... Far away... past Critteriffic Heights Perhaps he could finally find someone who cares and accepts. Maybe even something he was inches away from getting right before he left. Maybe now he can be him. Somewhere else, a dog critter was walking back into his house after a long day of playing around with his friends. When he got inside, he started making his way to the bedroom to rest for the night. But in the corner of his eye, he sensed movement. He tensed up as he decided to investigate it from the window. And there he saw it... Dogday had the biggest responsibility he could imagine; taking care of and keeping his friends in check. Every day went smoothly, with a carefully implemented routine that everyone followed. But after Dogday began to feel like he was prioritizing his job over his friends, he decided to spend more time with each of them. After spending time restoring bonds with all of them he came down to the all reclusive Catnap, where he found out that they had more in common than met the eye, a LOT more in common.

Description: A few years ago a new Critter joined the Critters, Catnap. However, he is not in a good mood, as everyone had hoped. Dogday, the leader of the gang, has set himself the big goal of "becoming friends with Catnap". However, this mission keeps him quite busy, as Catnap continues to be stubborn and tries to avoid everyone... Will Dogday complete his mission successfully or not? Will Catnap finally open up to the other Critters? And maybe there is more behind his behavior than some might think? Read the book to answer these and many more questions! --------- There is no schedule for updates, but I still plan to finish this fic. Although by appearance, this town may seem happier and funner than Redstone, that it is, but it's seems as if the people here are as just, if not weirder than at Redstone. They are all too kind, and nice for DogDay and CatNap's liking. They embark on a journey through the town, and with inertia, maybe... Hi my character's name in this story is John and I am a security guard at Playtime Co. But something feels different. It's a normal day of me watching the smiling critters in the playcare area, I watch them play with orphan and teach them sometimes.
