The sound of sirens ringed in my ears and my eyes half opened barely able to see anything. I felt a lot of dust on my hands and the smell of cement filled my nostrils followed by a metallic smell. I sat straight on the floor and rub my eyes with my fingers to clear my vision. I took a look around. Many policemen around sealing the area with the yellow tape guiding the people around to not pass the boundary. Why am I in this abandoned building? What happened last night- ARGH!!! My head was throbbing in intense pain as if the nerves of my brain are tied together and are being squeezed and twisted with extreme force preventing me to recall my memories. I cupped my head with both my hands in an attempt to stop the unbearable pain. When I diverted my mind to think something else, the pain gradually left my body. I am pretty sure I headed straight home after meeting Jin. Was I caught in an accident? I scanned my body, rubbed my arms, shoulder abdomen in search of any blood, injuries, or broken bones. But I was unharmed, perfectly fine just had dirtied my clothes. I let out a sigh of relief. Wait- then why all those police around here sealing the area as if someone was murdered.

This is set in a fantasy world set back in the times where Kings still rule the land with their iron fists. The cocky prince and the sassy baker just cant seem to stop running into each other, in the most awkward and strange places and positions. The Cocky Prince, or Flynn Valor as hes known, was the eldest Alive prince of the Valor family. He is cocky and thinks he knows everything, you know like the usual spoiled brat. But to his credit he was good at his job; helping people, solving the kingdoms problems, and making the ladies love him. Hes sickeningly charismatic and Sweet to everyone especially the local girls. Even when things don't go to plan he seems to get by all right. But he is going to be faced with the kingdoms worst threat yet, and all he has to aid him in his quest to protect his pride- i mean his people is noting but an old sword and an overly Salty baker? The towns best baker, or Simon Ferrand as hes called, is the local sweets maker. He specializes in extra decadent deserts with a side of sassy comments. Hes not exactly the manliest man, as hes often mistaken for a girl, to his extreme annoyance. So he makes up for his lack of size with his nasty comments and cooking skills. He just wanted to live his fake happy life, you know pretending he didn't think the head gourds son wasn't the biggest walking sex God to ever walk the earth. He was planning on watching from a far and sealing down with his friend Ella as a wife. She knew about his little crush and was in the same boat with the black smiths daughter so they decided it was better to join forces and live their fake lives in peace. But one to many odd encounters with the bastard prince and he gets sucked into a whole quest to save the kingdom with noting but his cast iron skillet and witty quips, or and i guess the prince too. I still can't believe it. I live on an enormous floating rock. A rock surrounded by 7 other rocks, continuously spinning around a fireball. And out of all the rocks, out of all the stars, out of all the endless space we call the universe; this asteroid will hit our rock, a little spec compared to the ongoing void that is space. But I'm okay with my fate. I'm not afraid of dying. My destiny has been set before me and I will be obliterated by an asteroid. My ashes swimming and burning with the stars as our humble earth turns to dust. The world will never know my name, but that is how it would have been even if there was no asteroid. I am just an ordinary average girl. A simple nothing, and this is my end.
