Neo Culture Technology (NCT) is a secret experiment done at the basement of SM entertainment. Scouting young talents won't be needed anymore, because finally, the company can produce their own "perfect idols" from the DNA of their selected artist. With that, a new boyband was formed. Not all the artists involved accept this experiment, especially those whose DNA was taken without their permission.
