(I'll fix the title once I think of something better) With the people of Amity Park hating him and the GiW just days away from finally catching their biggest prize that's been eluding them for year, Clockwork decides that Danny would be better off in a different world rather than dying a gruesome death in a lab. Clockwork sends Danny to a world where he thinks that he'll be better off in, and hopefully be able to put his trust back into humanity.

This story is a smaller one meant to be thought of as shoved between The Superstition Spectrum and the upcoming third installment, Terminal Velocity. Sam, walking beside him, instinctively guided his elbow away from a looming lamppost. Jazz hummed a cheerful, noncommittal sound. "And there are several living here on Earth?!" he pressed. Jazz nodded again. Tucker quickly interjected, "And they are superheroes, don't forget that!" "And they're superheroes!" Danny exclaimed. His face was so bright it was almost blinding, a metaphor Tucker entertained right up until he noticed that Danny's eyes genuinely were a tad too luminous for a human being. "Maybe you'll get to meet them one day." "Maybe..." Danny whispered, trailing off into a dreamy silence. A smile stayed plastered to Tucker's face, but his insides were churning. He was drowning in the realization that the massive problem with the GIW they were facing was likely a governmental conspiracy far beyond their initial scope.
