Mei Na started feeling unwell and the physician tells her some words she never expected to hear so young, "You are dying" "I can do nothing for you". She learns that she has an incurable illness and on top of that she learns that her family is on the edge of becoming bankrupt. Her stepmother gets an offer from a matchmaker for a marriage to a farmer that is offering a steep bride price. Mei Na's family ask her to go and save the family by getting married. Mei Na is heartbroken that her life is over and on top of that her family is willing to send her away to die alone with strangers.

A story in which confusion and acceptance is twisted into one, unnatural and forbidden kind of love. They build and slowly grow in your heart, you can't keep it out of your mind.
