He is also able to control the feathers on his wings to form a sharp blade . He controls every feather and can use them to move around objects.

I must say, it's my first time writing on this app. I suck at descriptions but I'll try to make it as enjoyable as humanly possible. But for starters this is a MHA band AU, specifically for the villains. Quirks are still a thing it's just that they're not villains, this fanfic will also be mostly focused on Dabi because why the hell not?
