Lately we can all get a little like Martha: we worry a lot and strive to reach that scale of perfection. It wears us down and saps the joy out of our hearts. Times like that, I know I need to be like Mary Magdalene, who sat at Jesus feet and let His words wash over her and soak into her heart.

Feeling down? No motivation? Daily Devotions are just my thoughts through my struggles. Some maybe Christian based and others may not.

A daily devotional that guides you to looking and finding all the blessings in life, whether it's a good or bad day, tiring or uplifting, or just plain too difficult to believe there could be a blessing anywhere in the hardship and trials your going through.

We live in such a fast paced society that we can find ourselves struggling to hear the voice of God! We are so blessed to have His Word the Bible to read whenever we want to but we can easily get distracted away from it and so often, we miss out on setting aside time each day to just say, "Speak Lord, for your servant is listening."
