Naïvely, Darra volunteers. When she arrives there, she realises she has been deceived - a witch awaits her and is insistent on sacrificing her. For what, she doesn't know. Then there is the Prince - an arrogant and handsome man who confuses Darra. Whilst she tries to deal with the Prince and her feelings for him, she has to overcome the witch and escape. But Darra is ignorant of the true danger Irastichot is in and will have to make a decision which may cost her, her life.
