Based on the books/movie trilogy the maze runner. Disclaimer: all characters besides original characters that may show up are owned by James Dashner. Taking place in an alternative universe from the books and movies in which some deaths never occur and lots of changes to scenes and encounters. In this AU Thomas still ends up in the maze with Teresa coming in shortly after. Each book will follow a bit like the movies but lots of scenes and added creatures will be present. Currently planning for this to be not a trilogy but a franchise of books depending on reception and if I decide I can keep the story going. First book will follow the first book/movie. Some potential changes (no heavy spoilers for the books): -New Creatures (Unnamed at the moment) -New Griever variants (Just me taking the original ones and putting my own spin on it) -New Overarching enemy (TBD) (Unnamed but might fight for power over wckd might scrape the idea) -Many Deaths Removed (Will be said in the books who will survive) -New Crank Variants (Gonna take inspiration from zombie pop culture since cranks are basically the zombie of the flare) One thing I can say is that in these books wckd will be more manipulative and evil than the books and the movies I want them to be way worse. The first book will definitely be written bad at parts but that's why I like the feedback.

My feet slap against the hard, concrete Maze floor. I round another corner, sighing in annoyance at the dull grey walls. My breath hitches in my throat, coming face to face with a Glader. His chocolate brown eyes meet mine, as he pushes back his dirty blonde hair away from eyes with a muddy hand. A gasp escapes his chapped lips, eyes opening wide - almost as though he had seen a block of gold. "Wha- a Girl?" He mutters, slowly taking small steps towards me. "Minho was telling the truth." - I awoke in the maze, with only the towering concrete walls to keep me company and the absence of my memories to remind me of the torment of my unknown life before this. I was the first in the Maze, but the Gladers didn't know it yet. (On Hold) After getting Teresa to finally talk, the box suddenly drops down and later to come back up with another surprise. A girl with only Newt in her memory and tattooed as "The Light", How will she help the Gladers escape their fate?

"You should have seen the way Newt was looking at you." Minho said. "Like you're the ocean and he's desperate to get drown". Thomas smiled.

The last thing I remember was my body hitting the ground. I open my eyes to see a blinding white light, and then he's standing there. Newt. And he was smiling. He looked as if he was the happiest boy alive; like he had never been broken. "Welcome to heaven, Tommy," smirked Newt, "took you long enough to get here."

This is "inspired" by my Maze Runner Imagines. So many readers were requesting personal stories like crazy, so I decided to make a book filled with them. This way if you want scenarios for each Glader, read the first one, but personalized ones are right here. Feel free to comment on the first part for a request. Hope you like it! Thanks OXOXO

Sweat slid down my face, like I woke up from a nightmare. I was falling, in a black abyss with squealing and screeching. Terrible it was, but I couldn't move my hands, my feet, and I realized quickly; I wasn't dreaming, this was real. I opened my eyes, as they adjusted to the darkness. It was scorching hot, explaining all of the sweat covering my body. I lifted my hands to my face, which were trembling in result of fear. My parched throat, in desperation for water, resulted in my cry to be a croak for help. "H-help! Help me!" I tried to stand on my feet, but my knees were weak, as I fell right into a wall, with patterns like chains. My head felt like repeated injections and needles stabbing my brain... my brain. Wait, my name? What's my name? Who am I? Where am I? Questions made the pain in my head much more imbearable, as I held my hands over my ears. The screeching came to a complete stop, which seemed like days later, and a red, flashing light blinked in my face. Red, red, red. It seemed like a familiar color, and I grabbed my hair... hair. My hair was red. It was matted to touch, so I brushed it with my fingers. Yes, my fingers, where did I learn this? ......... Add the story to read more!!!
