A DaveKat thing, it get a little suggestive, but, I warned you!

Karkat Vantas is new in school, and he disregards having any friends due to his abnormal condition. Until he bumps into Dave Strider, the 'cool kid' in the school. He thinks that Dave won't accept being friends with a freak, but Mr. Strider's actions are different.

You always see the story where Karkat is depressed and Dave takes care of him. Here, that's reversed a little. This story is really long rn but yet I still don't have a proper description. BTW, yes. The picture is purposely bad, okay?

Ok so in this story I wanted to make this a mixture of emotional feelings, and some romance. Ofcourseitsdavekat But anyway, enjoy this story and yea uwu

Karkat was his entire world, the love of his life. And he wanted to prove it to him in the best way possible. However, through time shenanigans, Dave messes up the timelines and his life with Karkat. Will he be able to fix it or will Karkat be lost forever? (Cover art drawn by Blimpcat on Tumblr) I should also mention this is part of an AU in which the game wasn't played, but the trolls instead land on earth and integrate into society (that is, after humans and trolls make peace after a lengthy war). Karkat grew up as a young troll near the end of this war when the two species were still separate, hence [SPOILER] his traumatic experience from seeing Dave when he time traveled.

Dave meets Karkat while running to class one day... It looks like they both have a secret they need to get out... This is my first fanfic so dont judge (This may be a bit triggering read at your own risk)
