While on the outside world, quirks had developed and the existence of ability users became forgotten with the rise of heroes and villains. The citizens of Yokohama are aware of what is going on in the outside world but think it's stupid to label someone as good or evil. One stupid comment for dazai somehow caused Paul Verlaine and Ozaki kuoyou to get married?! Dazai just wanted to spend time with his boyfriend chuuya ,but Verlaine and Kuoyou where arguing who's a better sibling figure to chuuya, so Dazai said something that kind of made sense and those two got married.
