It's a small quite town, small quite people, till, a new family moves into the infamous house next to the Kleinman family. That house has a reputation to drive people away in months, this family has a kid. He's in the same grade as him but a year younger. Quickly the two become more then friends. But after a matter of time, Jared starts to become worried for his boyfriend after how distant he is. But, on the night of Hanukah the other boy kills himself. It

The story explores a relationship between Evan Hansen and Jared Kleinman. The story uses a form of storytelling in which Evan's story is told in reverse chronological order (beginning the show at the end), and Jared's is told in chronological order (starting just after the couple have first met). The slashed in the chapter title refer to the part of the story the character is experiencing. TW: angst Enjoy!!!!

'don't pass out, evan, don't pass out', he told himself. in, 1-2-3-4, out, 1-2-3-4. and before long, he was back, connor searching his eyes for some kind of sign that the attack was over, his face etched with concern.
