Made in 2017 Connor and Jared, though they love each other, fight a lot and many times Evans inbetween them. The stress piles onto Evan until he try's to get away... but with a strange twist of fate he turns the tables. Evan's eyes filled with surprise. "Oh, you don't... you really don't have to," He started, only to be cut off by Connor. "Do you have a Sharpie?" After Connor Murphy yelled at Evan Hansen in the hallway for something that was a misconception, he decided he would want to try to get closer to the boy, maybe even be friends with him. As they meet later in the day in the computer lab, Connor decides to sign Evan's cast, but little did he know that something was going to happen. Was it a friendship starting to bloom, or was it something that would change both of their lives? !!WARNING. This book will contain themes of self-harm, suicide, suicidal thoughts, and possibly other triggering subjects. Please don't read this if you think you'll get triggered!! Connor Murphy or rather the schools ' Drug lord ' has been admiring Evan Hansen. He wanted to be friends with the socially awkward boy maybe even more. The truth was Connor wasn't sure yet. So how exactly will he talk to Evan? They have never talked before and what would happen if Connor stumbled across a letter addressed to Evan later in their ' friendship '.

Evan Hansen, the boy with crippling social anxiety, breaks his arm 'falling out of a tree' Connor Murphy, the emo kid with anger issues, survives his suicide attempt somehow, and to his own dismay. The two polar opposites, who are also the same, meet. At first Connor is hostile and Evan is timid. As the two grow closer things could develop into more than friends. TRIGGERS: so there's obviously gonna be talk about suicide and anxiety. I myself, an anxious boyo, might go into detail. Not too much though. There will be slurs towards people and just general cussing. If you're okay with all that, please do read. I mean if you want ahah. I hope you all like my first fanfiction with romance and stuff. 'Dear Evan Hansen.' The words were easy enough to type, but Dr. Sherman had told him to say them out loud. It was bad enough he had to write letters to himself for therapy- if he had to say them out loud while he was typing them, it would make him feel like even more of a freak. 'Today is going to be a good day and here's why. Because today, all you have to do is just be yourself.'

This is an unfinished work, originally written by my middle school self, slowly being revamped and re-written by current me. Y/N Murphy thinks she has things all figured out, and it's as simple as this: Everything sucks. School sucks, people suck, her family sucks. And the only person she can rely on is her brother, Connor. But when he takes his own life, hers crumbles around her, and suddenly nothing makes sense anymore. Now she's stuck with unanswered questions about who her brother was, and who she thinks she is. And with Evan Hansen in the picture, things get even messier. She's not supposed to like him. She knows he's doing something unspeakably wrong. And yet at night when she dreams, she dreams of him.
