Tree Bros Fanfiction This is a Soulmate AU where when your soulmate gets injured a plant grows in that place on the other. So an example is if you were to get a paper cut your soulmates would get a plant of some type in that spot. It won't go away till the wound is healed. When Even breaks his arm Conor gets a large vine that wraps around his arm. So when Connor tries to self harm Evan gets flowers and saplings. They finally start to notice the similarities between the plants and their injuries. Freaking both of them out. (Also Evan isn't obsessed with Zoe but finding his Soulmate so...)

As of 08/21/23 the story has been under some massive editing and upgrades. The story takes place after the events of Be More Chill (senior year) so the events of Dear Evan Hanson did I not happen. I cannot stress enough; please read the "information to know" chapter that will be posted. A lot will be explained there and if a question in asked in the comments that was addressed in the "information to know" chapter I will not answer it. I took my time to write it out for you guys and so that I would not have to later. I tend to write very sad story events, so readers beware. Thank you and enjoy the story :)

When Mike Faist hits the stage to preform the letter scene with Ben Platt (Evan Hanson) the crowed is stunned when before the end of the scene he's hit by a falling light, heavy like a wrecking ball. The crew cancel the show on behalf of Mikes health and are practically devastated to find out the other is unresponsive on the stage. When they bring him to the hospital, the shock continues as they find mikes mind is stuck thinking he is the Character he was playing in the play he got hurt in, Connor Murphy. Ben Platt is devastated at his friends new state of mind, he tries hard to help him out of it but nothing works and everything begins to loose hope... Till Mike (as Conner)starts to fall in love with Ben.

Where Connor and Evan actually did exchange emails, became friends, and Connor never died. Warning: things are about to get real gay. Lmao I dropped this story as fast as a hot potato
