A story inspired by Decaying Winter, a really well-made ROBLOX game. This won't have the full lore of it, and I have no idea how to explain some locations. This focuses on a singular agent that somehow does not have 4 death morale, and they'll have to survive through the harsh conditions of the world of Decaying Winter. (now with more locations because I want this to be more interesting, and also I made stuff up because why not) Also this is my first story

Eden 227 is a barren, frostbitten wasteland. A plague has gone rampant causing mass psychosis and hysteria among the remaining population. Team Epsilon must collect samples and discover the truth behind the loss of Team Delta. Characters are original and the lore is only loosely followed. Basic Summary of Decaying Winter: A group of five works to survive on a post-apocalyptic planet called Eden-227. A 'systemic infection' - almost like cancer - is contracted through a toxic storm and has up to four stages. Scavengers and other factions reside on the planet, constantly taking resources, fighting and trying to get ahead. Every 'night' the storm gets stronger, forcing the group to fight against the scavengers who try to raid their base.

When Josh Reynolds stumbles upon a stranger, he is introduced to new hope. Welcomed in to a small compound safe from the Teeth and surrounded by people, he learns he is not alone. Being on the road for so long, he was convinced he was the last of the human race; the sole survivor. With this unlikely group, he must continue to fight against the new world. He will make new friends, enemies and face challenges he could never have imagined before. Who will survive? All will face great peril, but who will survive the turmoil?
