Adrina is a good girl. She does what she's supposed to and exceeds what she has to do. She also writes to Santa Clause every year. Her mother loved Christmas and always encouraged Adrina to write to him. She also encouraged her to help the people in need during the Christmas instead of thinking of herself. But, sadly, her mother died almost ten years ago from cancer. Now, her dad is remarried and she has two step sisters, a step brother, and a half brother. And before you say, "Yay, it's a happy family again." No! Her step mother ignores her. Her dad is too busy for her. Her step sisters think they're better than her and her step brother is in college. The only one in the house that seems to pay any mind to her is her half brother, Finn. Also, her dad doesn't do any Christmas traditions that they used to do with her mom. So, what happens when Adrina writes Santa again. This time for her dad to pay attention to her and remember she's still alive. Figure out in Dear Santa. P.S. This book is kind of like a cinderella story, but with a christmassy twist.

Some people comes in your life as blessings, others come in your life as lessons. But what if that certain person is both a blessing and a lesson? I always think that life is just a little game, but life goes on. Whether you chose to move on and take a chance in the unknown. Or stay behind, locked in the past, thinking what could've been. The wisest choice is to move on, because life is too short to be troubled with something that is unworthy. We all have to wait for the right person who deserves us. "Being able to wait is a sign of true love and patience. Anyone can say I LOVE YOU, but not everyone can wait and prove it's true."
