Author's Note Some stories are written to entertain. Others are written because they deserve to be remembered. This is one of those stories.

Plot: You, as a child, sat in the corner of the office, silent, while Smith, a great gun-for-hire scoring machine, extorts your team owner father in the midst of the playoffs. As a result, your father's team fails in the finals and bankrupts your family. You decide on revenge. In awe of Smith's talents and wanting to get good enough to face him, you go to the barren north to train under a hermit rumored to be the greatest teacher of hockey around. Living on a lake and surviving a brutal winter, going through unusual training methods, you come out stronger. Now, armed with the skills to win, you track down Smith. But there is a wrinkle, as he no longer plays--but coaches. You see the path to your revenge, but nothing ever plays out as expected. Wanderer is an sports story that reads like a great season. It puts you, the reader, on the ice and in the game using the second person--You are doing everything in the book. As important, it explores the emotional connection of why we play the game. Wander is a story for an athlete who wants to feel in training and in the game as much as read about the game. It is intended for the reader who reads sports books to feel like they are on the ice. This is hockey, but could be any sport. The chapters are short--bam, bam, bam--to get the pages turned, like the action when you're in a good match. Note: This is not an ice hockey romance.

Worn Yet Beautiful Feather is a deeply personal and emotional novel written by Changa, inspired by the true life story of her best friend. It is a journey shaped by silence, loss, resilience, and the quiet strength that grows between life's broken moments. Rather than following a straight path, the story unfolds through scattered memories-childhood dreams, the absence of love, the weight of grief, and the slow search for meaning in a world that often feels too heavy to carry. Each chapter is a fragment of a life that has been weathered by storms, yet still holds on to hope, much like a feather that remains beautiful despite its wear. Through pain, loneliness, and self-discovery, this book explores what it means to keep moving forward when life takes away the people who once felt like home. It is not only a story of suffering, but a story of survival-the kind of survival that may appear fragile on the outside, yet carries extraordinary courage within. Worn Yet Beautiful Feather is a tribute to a beloved friend and to everyone who has ever felt broken, abandoned, or unseen, yet still found the strength to stand, heal, and become whole again.

There is 𝗭𝗵𝗮𝗼 𝗝𝗶𝗮𝘄𝗲𝗶, the high-profile model who is a totally different person when he's alone. 𝗭𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗬𝗶𝗿𝗮𝗻, the cafe owner who is just completely done with his gorgeous stalker. And 𝗞𝘆𝗼 𝗔𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘄𝗮, a famous musician hiding his identity. Then there are three girls. Three best friends who somehow manage to bring warmth wherever they go and wear their hearts where everyone can see them. There is 𝗟𝗶𝘂 𝗙𝗲𝗶, the fan neighbor who sees right through the model's perfect image. 𝗫𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗟𝗶𝗹𝗶, the chaotic media influencer who keeps snapping secret photos of her cute cafe guy. And 𝗠𝗲𝗶 𝗧𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗸𝗮, who visits her friend's apartment only to accidentally overhear her favorite artist's secret song playing in the dark. Three boys, three girls, and six completely different lives. The boys were easy to misunderstand and the girls were the opposite. The people who swear they'll never need anyone are the very ones who end up needing someone the most. I don't know where to begin this story except to say... I dreamed of him. Not as often anymore. But in ways that changed me. My brother, Muhaimin, we called him Amin, passed away when he was just 20. It's been years now, but there are still days where the memory of his final breath clings to the air like humidity. And the strangest thing is... long before he died, he came to me. In dreams. - This story is based on true events. My late brother, lost to his battle with Stage 4 T-cell lymphoma in 2019. May Allah s.w.t. grants you the highest place in Jannah, my little brother. Copyright © 2026 by Nadia Zainaudin. All rights reserved.

If you had shown me my future years ago, I would have called you a liar. How does someone lose themselves so completely? I didn't become someone else overnight. I disappeared piece by piece into the quiet weight of depression. Light Me Again isn't a story about a sudden, perfect cure. It is a raw, honest journey through the deepest darkness, and the unexpected lifelines-the temporary painkillers, the sudden sparks of warmth-that keep us holding on when we feel completely lost. This is my story of fighting to survive, learning to feel again, and searching for the light to lead me back to the girl I used to be.
