On my wedding night, I waited behind a heavy bridal veil, my heart pounding with fear and uncertainty. The door closed, and he sat before me. Then his voice broke the silence-innocent, fragile. "Didi... aap ab se mere saath rahoge kya?" (Sister will you live with me now?) That moment shattered me. He wasn't my brother. He wasn't a relative's child. He was my husband. Aditya Singh Chaudhary. A handsome man of twenty-five... yet locked in the mind of a nine-year-old but with a truth that froze me to the core. They called him incomplete. They called him broken. But fate made him mine. And now, I must decide- am I only his caretaker only... or will I learn to be the wife of a man who never truly grew up? 🎀 𝒥𝒾𝓈 𝒟𝒾𝓃 🎀

Aaliyah has always lived by her rules - a serious, disciplined girl with exams to ace, dreams to chase, and a love for her friends and everything delicate in life. From the perfect henna on her hands to the careful planning of events, she thrives in order, in beauty, in quiet control. Ayzaan Hameed Al-Rashid, on the other hand, is the exact opposite. A soldier and a general and a prince soon to be a king with a heart caged by anger, a man who commands respect and bends the world around him - yet knows no one can truly reach him. When their worlds unexpectedly collide in Kano - at a wedding, amidst laughter, celebrations, and family drama - neither of them knows how much their lives are about to change. She's tasked with caring for her best friend, managing delicate traditions, and navigating the excitement of girls' night and henna designs. He's reluctantly attending a wedding he didn't even want to come to, moving at a speed faster than the world can catch, commanding attention with every glance, every word, every action. A handful of events. Endless sparks. Friendships tested. Loyalties challenged. And in the middle of it all, Aaliyah and Ayzaan begin to see each other - not as strangers, not as acquaintances, but as forces that could either collide or entwine. In a city where traditions meet modern chaos, where families hold power and secrets, and where one glance can change everything, how will two completely different worlds survive... or succumb to the pull between them? Romance. Drama. Friendship. Power. Chaos. Step into a world where nothing is simple, and hearts don't follow the rules.

Love broke her. Silence held her. And something unseen... stayed. In the middle of her pain, she begins to heal- not because someone saved her, but because something never let her fall. She was never afraid of being alone... until love taught her what it feels like to be left behind. Broken by what she once believed in, she learned to live with silence, to gather her scattered pieces on her own. But somewhere between the quiet nights and unspoken pain, something stayed. Not a voice. Not a face. Just a presence... that never left. As her wounds begin to heal, she finds comfort in what she cannot see, and strength in what she cannot explain. Is it real... or is it something within her all along? "Her Silent Healing" is a journey of pain, presence, and the kind of healing that doesn't need words. |DD| DuskyDiary

They didn't run away because something big happened. No one screamed. No one chased them. No one even noticed at first. It was just... easier to leave. Ten teenagers pile into one car with no destination, a half-ruined bucket list, and the kind of silence that says more than words ever could. The plan is simple: stay out all night, don't think too hard, and don't go back until something feels different. But somewhere between the rain-soaked roads and the mist that refuses to lift, things start slipping. Jokes turn into truths. Silence turns into tension. And the forest they weren't supposed to find? It forces them to face everything they've been avoiding. Because getting lost was never the problem. It's what they said... and what they can't take back.

Love Hurts But Love Heals is a tender, emotional journey told through short poems that trace the lifecycle of love:from its first spark to its deepest scars, and finally, to its quiet healing. The collection begins with the innocence of meeting: the butterflies, the late-night thoughts, and the magic of discovering someone who feels like home. Each poem captures the warmth and wonder of new love, where everything feels possible and forever seems within reach. As the story unfolds, love deepens into something more real: messy, passionate, and imperfect. Moments of joy intertwine with misunderstandings, distance, and unspoken words. The poems gently guide readers through the slow unraveling of a relationship, leading into the ache of breaking apart. Here, heartbreak is raw and honest-filled with longing, regret, and the quiet emptiness left behind. But the story doesn't end in pain. From the ashes of loss comes reflection, growth, and healing. The later chapters explore self-love, forgiveness, and the courage to open one's heart again. Whether it leads to getting back together or simply finding peace within, the poems remind us that love, no matter how deeply it hurts, also has the power to mend, transform, and renew. This collection is not just about loving someone else, but about understanding love in all its forms: fragile, fierce, broken, and beautifully healing.

The Unbidding Daughter is a raw, confessional memoir about her relationships with dad. And rest of her family. New chapters are released every week on Tuesday at 23:03. It is released as she lives it or if you are reading this in the future then in the past. The story opens with Lulu reflecting on her estrangement from her family while living in Amberstone Hospital, where she has been admitted for rehabilitation. Following diagnoses of schizophrenia and ADHD traits. All too confusing for her. This place is a very vulnerable read, and is an an book released, being "crazy". However I love it! Lulu describes her relationships with her mother, father (a complicated, charismatic figure tied to fame and instability), siblings, and step-parents, highlighting how love often felt conditional, inconsistent, or absent. Moments of warmth-family trips, school achievements possibly left her (me) with nothing. This is creative expression, and my fight to carry on. TO SURVIVE. As the narrative progresses, Lulu explores how early emotional wounds, identity confusion, and a need for approval shapeS her adolescence and adulthood. Hospitalisation becomes both a breaking point and a place of reflection, where she confronts Possible abandonment, dependency, and the painful realization that she must learn to survive independently of her family. Despite its darkness, the memoir carries an undercurrent of hope in times of struggle. She only wishes people well, she (me) do not know why or how I got in this MESS OF AN JUMBLE. Well perhaps they were right I am just a number on a list of many illness bidden people. But Am I? That answer is up to you?

Lena doesn't talk about what happened that night. She doesn't talk about Mason. She doesn't talk about the way everything inside her went quiet after he was gone. At school, she keeps her head down. At home, she keeps her distance. Surviving has become routine, even if living hasn't. But when people from her past start finding their way back into her life, the things she's been avoiding don't stay buried. Because healing isn't about forgetting. And some pain doesn't fade. It changes you. The question is... what do you become after?

No one at U.A. knows who her father is. At fifteen, Koko's already learned one rule: never let anyone see your hands shake. Not when your quirk can turn blood into a weapon. Not when a single touch can destroy the world around you. She hides the truth behind gloves, silence, and careful control. Because if anyone discovers she's the daughter of the most dangerous villain in history-everything will fall apart. But secrets don't stay buried forever. Heroes hunt monsters. And she might be both.

This is a poetry book consisting of all the poems I have ever written. All of them are more on the sad side, and all talk about things that I have experienced and feelings behind those events that I find hard to express. Each poem has a brief overview of what it's about, but feel free to interpret them in your own way! THIS BOOK IS INCOMPLETE! My plan is to upload a poem every other day until I have all of them published. I could post more than one, it just depends on how busy I get. They were all written between the ages of 12 and 20 (my current age), so I am editing as I go. Context Behind The Cover: The book is called "Echo" because my voice has felt more like an "echo" my whole life. It's something that people hear but don't necessarily listen to. The reason why the girl on the front cover is blindfolded stems from the fact that I have gone through a lot in my life, and in many ways, it still feels like I am blindfolded by the trauma to the point where I feel like I have yet to actually see the world with my own eyes. *This whole poetry book is based on a book I am currently writing, so stay tuned!* Themes mentioned: Depression Bipolar Disorder Medications Negative self-esteem Abuse Death The Future Love Trauma Etc....

"I used to be a runner, but I've finally learned how to stand still." At thirteen, Mabs was a paradox. On paper, she was the girl with the "top-notch" grades, the perfect student, and the sharpest mind in the room. But behind the straight A's was a spiraling heart, a girl who chose the wrong crowds, rebelled against the hands that tried to hold her, and eventually ran away from a home she didn't yet understand. In this raw and rhythmic collection of thirty poems, Mabs traces the jagged path from a chaotic adolescence to the threshold of womanhood. She explores the "People Pleaser's Debt"-the exhaustion of trying to find self-worth in the shifting approval of others-and the painful realization that oversharing is often just a desperate plea to be seen. The Architecture of Becoming is a journey of demolition and reconstruction. It is about: The Demolition: Letting go of the "wrong friends" and the toxic habits that felt like safety. The Foundation: Discovering that independence isn't about being alone, but about being your own favorite company. The Completion: Turning eighteen not just as a number, but as an intentional act of self-love. Deeply emotional and unapologetically honest, these poems are for anyone who has ever felt like they were "too much" for the world. It is a story for the girl who used to shrink herself to fit into small spaces, but who is now, finally, steadily, and without apology, becoming the woman she was always meant to be.
