Anaya menyadari semakin hari jumlah pasien Rumah Sakit Jiwa Surai Asa semakin berkurang. Banyak pasien yang meninggal dengan cara tidak wajar. Sejak saat itu, Anaya semakin tergugah untuk mencari tahu rahasia di balik Surai Asa. Kemudian, ia bertemu dengan Saka, salah satu dokter Surai Asa. Pertemuan mereka berakhir menjadi sebuah tim yang bekerja sama. Semakin jauh Anaya dan Saka berjuang, semakin banyak korban yang meninggal. Lalu, mereka terjebak dalam sebuah kepelikan. Begitu juga dengan Anaya yang ternyata selama ini berusaha bertahan dalam belenggu masa lalu kelamnya. Masa silam yang menghantui menjadikan Anaya semakin hancur semakin kacau. Als Noa op een rommelmarkt een antieke zilveren box koopt is hij gelijk gefascineerd. De zilveren box trekt aan hem als een magneet. Hij neemt de box mee naar huis. Paar weken erna wordt Noa geteisterd door heftige nachtmerries en staat hij elke ochtend doodmoe op uit zijn bed. Zijn familie en vrienden maken zich enorm zorgen om hem. Ze vinden dat zijn gedrag telkens duisterder wordt. Als Noa voor de zoveelste keer naar de dokter gaat met lichamelijke klachten en naar huis wordt gestuurd met de verklaring stress, raakt het ten einde raad. Hij gaat op zoek naar de antiek handelaar op zoek naar antwoorden. Maar Noa komt erachter dat de antiek handelaar bij een gruwelijk ongeluk is overleden. Noa raakt telkens meer de controle over zichzelf kwijt. Dan staat zijn familie oog in oog met het kwaad wat hun eerder heeft geteisterd. En breekt er een gevecht op leven en dood uit.
