Dean hated Castiel, because why would he, or any angel let bad things happen to good people. He never had any faith in angels or god. Dean and Castiel start being friends, and later on down the line, Dean starts to develop feelings for Castiel but pushes them down because his father always taught him a man should not be with a man and a woman should not be with a woman

Dean never thought he was going to be anything special, he was going to follow in his dad's footsteps as a mechanic, get a wife, have 2.5 kids and then die without leaving so much as a footprint on the world around him. Until one day, Cas shows up and Dean can't seem to take them off. Based off a post I saw on Insta about what if Dean could also see Cas' wings with the glasses on. Not my original idea:)

Cas' hands are cold

Dean gets hit with a sex drug and Cas comes to help, I suck ass at summarizing but yeah (I posted this on ao3 too)

Then when Castiel finds himself falling in love with his human and accidentally locks himself out of heaven, things start to spiral out of control.

Cas has lost his grace and his memories. Sam gets hurt. Dean gets drunk. Sparks fly during a surprise kiss between Dean and Cas's "vessel".
