This story takes place in a fantasy world where demons, humans, and faunus (humans with animal qualities) fight for survival. A world where the rifle is shunned in favour for the sword and sheild. The Visean kingdom has recently defeated the Demon Queendom in a war and has secured a large amount of territory and also allowing other kingdoms to form such as the Empire of Japan with its famous samurai and the Spartan Kingdom with its legendary Spartan warriors. The king of the Visea kingdom was not a nice man. He had 4 sons. 3 were skilled warriors. However, the eldest, William, was looked down upon. While he was proficient as a sword, he served as a strategist for the Kingdom's armies. While the people loved him most of his family despised him. Therefore his father disowned him and exiled him to a distant village. Separated from the Kingdom as a separate country William saw this as an opportunity to build this village into a great empire. And on his journey he will bring concepts and ideas from his own world together. He will meet many people on this journey of revenge. And who knows maybe he will find love along the way? Disclaimer: my story is an alternate reality to the world we live in today, I may use peices of history in this story but I use history to fit my story not the other way around. Kurzgeschichte. 2018 wurde von einer US-Amerikanerin auf Twitter die Frage gestellt, wie die Welt sich für Frauen ändern würde, wenn Männer abends nicht mehr alleine auf die Straße dürften. Die Rückmeldungen von verängstigten Frauen war überwältigend. Sie sagten: "Ich würde abends wieder Joggen gehen!", "Ich würde wieder in die Disco gehen!" usw. #MeToo hat diese Debatte mit angefacht. Mit dieser Geschichte versuche ich nun für mich ganz persönlich, der Sache auf den Grund zu gehen. Nein, ich halte Männer nicht für Monster. Ich weiß, dass Deutschland und die USA grundverschiedene Länder sind. Und nein, ich wünsche mir solche ein Gesetz nicht. Gerade DESHALB habe ich diese Geschichte begonnen. Vielleicht habt ihr ja Lust, euch mal mit mir in ein Deutschland hineinzudenken, in dem ein Mann (abgesehen von einigen Ausnahmejobs wie Feuerwehrmann & Polizist) nur noch in Begleitung seiner Frau, einer über 18-jährigen Verwandten oder einer Gruppe guter Freundinnen unterwegs sein darf.
