“Please, don’t.” I protested bravely as I look into his lovely green eyes which return a questioning look to mine. It’s such a risk to do that after his sudden attempt to kiss me. His face is still dangerously close to me right now with less than a foot distance. We continued our stare down fight for a few seconds until he first break off and close his eyes then gasp heavily. Oh my, his delicious sweet breathe. When he reopen it, he placed his right hand on my left cheek and murmured gently, “Sophia, I..” But I abruptly cut him off and start my piece. I can do this! “Listen to me, Henry.” My gaze got stronger towards him. “I’m your writer and you are MY SUBJECT.” Emphasizing the last two words, I put away his hand on my cheek. ‘Cause his touch will not help the situation. I unbelievably feel the need of touching him back. How sick of me! “I’m reminding you because I don’t want us to cross the line. We can add friendship but...That’s it! There’s nothing more after that.” I waited for his response but it became longer and I got impatient. I started walking away to head for the door to open it so, I can harshly send him away. He annoys me. Argh! But before I reach the door, I heard him. “There is.” I hastily turned around to glance at him and there, we met again eye to eye. “What are you talking about?” Showing my confusion and shock at the same time. “There’s more for us and you know it. That’s the reason you’re telling me the opposite.” He’s confident on his words and now walking to my direction and I clearly don’t know what to do. Why the hell I can’t move? Is he damn right? For Pia/ Sophia, love became a world of cruelty and tragedy; and that made her promise to not enter that state again. But this has suddenly changed and things have turned when she met Henry, a member of a world famous band.
