Her father is Lucius Malfoy's brother. Lucius Malfoy has brought her into hogwarts because Sabrina is truly magnificent. No one in her age can match her power(Not even the Granger Kid, mind you). Lucius Malfoy hopes she can protect Draco and help him accomplish his job. Narcissa is not so sure Sabrina can fully protect Draco. After all, she's still a child. So she goes to seek Severus Snape.
