On The Way to a Smile is a collection of seven short stories written by Kazushige Nojima the scenario writer for the J-RPG (Japanese Role Playing Game) Final Fantasy VII and its spin-off movie Advent Children. Each story takes a look at how the characters have been doing in the two year gap between the end of the original Final Fantasy VII story and the beginning of the movie Advent Children.

Izaya Orihara loses the memories of a large portion of his life along with specific events and people and Karma came back to collect his debt. He wonders about with no recollection, attempting to get by as best he can until he met Shizuo Heiwajima for the second time. Everything around him... changed.

A universe were Durara and K project are together~. A new King has awoken, his name? who knows but all Mikoto and his predacessor knows is that the clan name is DOLLARS and is causing havoc, will HOMRA and DOLLARS get along? or is there another war between kings once again..

After the loss of his two best friends in a car crash, Kishitani Shinra is left heartbroken. Insane from grief, the doctor uses their blood samples to create clones of Orihara Izaya and Heiwajima Shizuo. The clones both retain memories of their past and deal with living as ageless humanoids.

Back at it again with the 'x Oc' books again. And i know i haven't finish my Kanato x Oc yet and my other fanfictions but i like to toture myself and stuff. So my Oc is gonna act like Izaya a little except that she hates some humans and doesn't like all humans like Izaya. Izaya Orihara wakes up in a strange empty area that's completely blank. Shizuo Heiwajima appears and they soon realize they are stuck inside the mind of a child. A child known as Harry Potter, as a matter of fact. The two decide to protect the boy until they can find out why they're in his head, and how to get out. But as the years pass, strange things start to happen to their host, and Izaya and Shizuo must learn how to protect Harry, who is now going by Haru Heiwajima-Orihara because of them, from a magical Hitler wannabe and his magic Nazis, as well as get through a magical school that sounds like it's named after a disease.

There's a difference between wet anger and dry anger. Dry anger is when you're done, over, and finished with everything; you're stern, you have a sharp voice, and an almost stone impression. Wet anger is when your voice shakes, you feel weak, you're frustrated. It's when you care too much. Izaya didn't want to admit it, but he cared too much.

Izaya and Shizuo are now settled down and have a son named Mitsuki. Follow Mitsuki and his parents through his journey going from newborn to an eighteen year old boy.

This is the final book of the Notes series and will only be one chapter to conclude all that has happened with Izaya and Shizuo's relationship after they broke up and will tell what is yet to come. So here's the summary: It's been five years since Izaya and Shizuo broke up. They have both seemed to have moved on with their lives, until one day they are having their usual chase around Ikebukuro and Izaya trips with Shizuo finally catching him.
