A story pushed between two life times. Delinquent senior high school student Qingshan (Wang Hedi) has reoccurring dreams of a young lady. He soon notices that this young lady named Ru Shi (Shen Yue) attends his new rural high school too. After a class field trip to the Li River, an old ancient story is retold of one of the greatest Queens, but the love between the King and the Queen is everlasting and one that would never grow old.

Shen Yue was forced in a marriage with someone she knew for the longest time since childhood, It was with Wang He Di, her fate was somewhat different, but she always knew that she would neglect him and never give attention to him. As Days gone by, she dreams of a weird dream, by chance that she saw everyone who existed in her generation saw it in her dream, like it was bound to give a message. And when she figured about that Di would be killed and she will be also killed after, if she wouldn't like him also, his and her ancestors told them that they must find a way. Months Passed, figuring out that Di would be killed the following day, she decided to kill herself in order to save Di, and that's when she realized that Yue developed feelings for him, but then she soon wakes up and sees Di beside her after the incident.

She never really responded with an outright answer but it was worth a try.
