Around the world, magic is woven into everyday life. From Europe's elemental academies to Asia's ancestral rune schools and the sprawling network of North American training grounds, children ages ten to seventeen spend every summer in camps designed to teach them how to control magic-or survive without it. What most teens consider a yearly obligation, Emera has always treated as something far more serious. Raised by her aunt in a quiet Michigan town, she has spent every summer at Camp Aurelia, doing everything she can to understand a magic that has never quite behaved the way it should. Emera has never believed she was powerful. If anything, she thinks she's broken. Her magic is unpredictable, strong one moment, silent the next, never consistent, never normal. While other students cast clean, sharp spells, Emera's magic feels like static: buzzing, restless, wrong. She hides the misfires. She hides the strange reactions. She hides the dream echoes that haunt her nights, fragmented memories that couldn't possibly be hers. And the faint symbols that sometimes flicker beneath her skin? She shoves her sleeves down and tells herself they're just afterimages from spells taught too late at night. The counselors watch her. Her aunt worries. But no one knows the truth. Emera is not simply different. She is one half of a Twinborn-a rare, nearly extinct magical phenomenon in which identical twins inherit a split ancient power so potent the realms once trembled beneath it. One twin carries Creation. The other carries Destruction. Separated at birth, their magic was divided and hidden to save them from warlocks who sought to control their power. But as the protective spells begin to weaken and the dream echoes grow stronger, Emera's Awakening approaches-and the truth she was never meant to uncover surges to the surface. When destiny rises, when fate reveals its hand, and when Emera finally sees the world for what it truly is, the collision will change everything.

The time is changing. Clocks are going backwards to the times of war, ignorance and lust for power. The history of heroshima and Nagasaki, Paris, Pakistan, Makkah and Madina is repeated. Muslims are attacked everywhere but nobody knows by whom. Her country has been taken over by the enemy after a long war. She always wanted to travel but not the way she is travelling now. Being sold from one country to another or being sent as a prize that the enemy won. She has lost family, feelings, heart and home. Until she's forced to wake up, feel it all again and so much more. Will she be able to live ever again? Can she consider this place that is making her feel all the wrong things, a home? A candle has flickered all of a sudden in her dark life and she doesn't know what to do with it. Maybe become a moth and burn herself. Note: this story is tagged as romance but it's originally dystopia. Wattpad doesn't have that category so I chose the second closest. Disclaimer: Mature scenes may appear in the book occasionally but the author will try to keep it limited because the book is meant for a diverse audience, not just mature audience.

Glitched world. Broken class. No logout button. Welcome to the worst patch in gaming history. When ex-gamer Kai Mercer logs into Realmshift Online for a bit of nostalgia, he doesn't expect to wake up in a bug-ridden version of the game, missing his class, his menu, and his way out. NPCs are having emotional breakdowns, physics only works on Tuesdays, and dying deletes pieces of your memory. Oh, and someone (or something) is rewriting the rules from the inside. Now stuck in a corrupted world where players gain godlike powers at the cost of their sanity, Kai must survive on broken skills, sarcasm, and a legendary spoon. As reality starts to blur and the system glitches grow worse, he'll have to face rogue AI, unstable dungeons, and the most terrifying thing of all: social interaction. This is not the game he remembers. And he might be the only player left who's still sane enough to fix it. A light-hearted LitRPG with mystery, madness, and memes. Perfect for fans of glitchy chaos, reluctant heroes, and overpowered spoons.

"Look up" He commands with a sneer akin to that of one Severus Snape. I do my best to stifle my laughter. I don't want to die just yet. I lift my head to make eye contact with the man who now calls himself the "king of america". "How dare you look him in the eye. You think yourself equal to him? Have you no respect for your king?" His right hand man is rushing at me with his dagger pointed at my throat, spitting his words with hatred. "He is not my king," I reply defiantly, unwavering at the knife at risk of gouging out my esophagus. "Stand down Midian. We cannot kill her where no one can see. We need to make an example of her." Dawn doesn't know what to think when she's being held up against the wall at her childhood home and told that the US government has fallen and "The Royals" have ascended the throne. Overtaken by those who relish in the traditions rooted in the monarchy and a social hierarchy, the country is thrown into chaos when a secret society that has been growing underground for decades finally decides to breech the surface and implement the ideals that they believe to be superior. Those with occupations not deemed elite have been rounded up and reassigned housing best suited to the so called needs of the country. It's as if the country has fallen back into the dark ages when Dawn is forced to attend school that teaches only the curriculum deemed to be most pertinent to the success of this new society: how to be a wife and run your home. Not one to take orders from anyone, it's not long before Dawn ends up in the castle working for the "Royal Family" as punishment for her rebellion. And to make matters worse, she has to serve the young prince, who of course just so happened to go to the same school as her. You know before his family upend the lives of the entire American population.

And behind that path walks Damira, the last light in a land swallowed by shadows. She is not alone in her pursuit. The Sleepless-a group of expert vampire hunters: Vin Warlock, Darry Louisiana, Julieta Carrión, and Eric Middleton-seek to join her, but Damira refuses to share her burden. The War of Revelation For centuries, the Ashaitians have been feared, their gifts of prophecy and intelligence branded as an omen of the world's destruction. Isolated in the east, they have waited, knowing that Elyssia-the dominant empire of the west-would one day come to erase them. That day has arrived. Queen Zareth, raised to believe in Elyssia's divine mission, leads the war against Ashait. But when she meets Kairo, an enigmatic prophet who has foreseen the world's end, everything she believes begins to unravel. He offers her a choice: destroy Ashait and fulfill the prophecy-or defy fate and forge a new future. Kairo, weary yet determined, urges Zareth to abandon the path of blind warfare and take control of the prophecy's narrative before others twist it for their own gain. Queen Zareth, skeptical and wary of betraying her kingdom, challenges Kairo's vision, knowing that any alliance with him could mean losing the trust of her people. As their conversation unfolds, it becomes clear that the real battle is not just between their nations, but against those who seek to manipulate fate itself. In the end, Zareth makes her choice-she extends her hand, not in surrender, but in a pact of defiance. Together, they will uncover the truth behind the prophecy, knowing that their decision will shape the fate of their world. It is not peace they choose, nor war-it is the unknown path in between, where deception, power, and destiny collide.
