Julukan "Pizza Face Girl" yang diam-diam diberikan teman-temannya membuat setiap langkah di koridor sekolah terasa berat. Tatapan orang lain selalu ia anggap sebagai ejekan, sementara cermin menjadi musuh yang tak pernah berhenti mengingatkannya bahwa ia berbeda. Di balik senyum yang dipaksakan, Kaily menyimpan kemarahan yang perlahan berubah menjadi kebencian terhadap dirinya sendiri. Ia telah mencoba berbagai cara untuk menghilangkan jerawatnya, tetapi hasilnya tak pernah sesuai harapan. Semakin ia berusaha, semakin ia merasa tidak pantas untuk dicintai. Baginya, penampilan adalah hukuman yang tidak bisa diubah. Keadaan semakin rumit ketika seorang siswa paling populer di sekolah justru terus muncul dalam hidupnya. Cowok yang dikenal jahil dan sering melontarkan komentar pedas itu membuat Kaily yakin bahwa dirinya hanya sedang dijadikan bahan candaan. Namun di balik sikap usil dan gengsinya, tersimpan perasaan yang tak pernah berani ia ungkapkan. Diam-diam ia mencari berbagai informasi di internet tentang perawatan jerawat, membaca pengalaman para penyintas acne, hingga berusaha memahami bagaimana rasanya hidup dengan rasa tidak percaya diri yang selama ini disembunyikan Kaily. Seiring waktu, Kaily mulai menyadari bahwa luka terdalam bukanlah jerawat di wajahnya, melainkan keyakinan bahwa dirinya tidak layak dicintai. Sementara itu, cowok tersebut berjuang membuktikan bahwa perasaannya bukanlah rasa kasihan ataupun lelucon, melainkan ketulusan yang tumbuh karena keberanian, kebaikan, dan keteguhan hati Kaily. Namun, mampukah Kaily mempercayai seseorang yang melihat kecantikan di balik ketidaksempurnaannya? Ataukah rasa takut, trauma, dan kebencian terhadap dirinya sendiri justru menghancurkan kesempatan pertama untuk merasakan cinta yang selama ini ia anggap mustahil?
