This story takes place after Issei Hyoudou became a devil and before he met Asia Argento. This story also takes place after the ending Prototype 2, the final battle between James Heller and Alex Mercer but with an alternate ending where Alex Mercer didn't get consumed and went to the good side again. But there is also another individual with the power of the blacklight virus, an prototype/evolved teenager by the name of, Jack Nyras, Mercer's adopted son and his first evolved/Prototype's Second son.This will follow Jack Nyras as the new main protagonist of Prototype after the alternate ending of prototype 2 and will follow the plot of dxd but with a few changes in the story in it, this will not just be a Prototype x Highschool dxd fanfic but with other popular characters that you might recognize that are in this fanfic. Lucy had married to Kouta and they had a daughter named Nyuu, she named her after Lucy's nickname. Suddenly, Yuki had a nephew named Bowser. He was the son of Lino Furukawa, Yuki's half-brother. Lino wanted to teach him how to use his vectors to kill human race. Bowser ran away from home and meet Lucy and all the others. He wants find his Aunt Yuki when he wants to meet her.

Being Gaster's experiment wasn't the best thing, but it wasn't the worst thing either. All you did in the lab was walk around, and just watched other scientists at work, but mostly you'd follow Gaster and Sans around. It's been like that for months, until one day Gaster was close to being crushed by a large machine, then somehow you managed to save him from 15 feet away. How? Apparently you had these things called "Vectors", which you can use to move things or people...and much more. Since then, Gaster has been training you.
