Long ago, back when time didn't have a name, the first spinjitsu master created Ninjago. He did so with the help of the four golden weapons of the already mentioned martial art. He then had two sons. One of which got bitten by an evil snake and had a son, who would become one of Ninjago's saviors. Anyone who lives in one of the sixteen realms knows this story. After all, it is a tale about their world's creation. But what if there was something more to the story?

What if the ninjas didn't win the battle against the Crystal King? Well, in an alternate universe, the ninjas lose the battle against the Overlord, but the thing is, they don't remember anything about their life as ninjas or their battle with the forces of evil. As the ninjas navigate and fight against the typical problems of a teenage high schooler the Overlord is slowly gaining enough power to finally destroy the world of his greatest nemesis: the First Spinjitzu Master. Nonetheless, hope is still not gone as the ninjas find their way back to each other. However, they find their destiny intertwined with two girls from two vastly different realities that are somehow the key to defeating the Overlord. A two chapter Ninjago X octonauts AU

A still - alive Harumi causes an "accident" in order for the Ninjago civilians to hate the ninja. This not only destroys Ninjago City, but drives Nya and Jay apart as well. One year later, Nya shows up again, and explains everything. But will the ninja act against Harumi in time, or are they as good as dead?

After Dragon's Rising, the merged realms are at peace. But that peace could be endangered. A biker gang is threatening it again. The gang is led by the ninja's old enemies, Killow and Ultra Violet. With the appearance mysterious new elemental master, and the merged realms may not be as safe as everyone thinks... Note: this takes place after Dragons Rising season two, but includes characters that aren't in Dragons Rising as we know of, and Jay is in it with his memory back unlike in the season.

I didn't like the story description I had 🥲😭 So I'll keep it brief, a universe where Kai and Nya switch elements. You do have to actually understand the Ninjago timeline such as the pilot because younger me didn't feel like writing an entire episode.
