Fwhip is a Heron who was unwillingly recruited into a Kestrel scheme to find hidden treasure on an unknown island- which he would have gone along willingly to, if the unfairly hot Kestrel who had abducted him had only asked first! Sausage is a Kestrel looking for money and an excuse to spend time with the cute Heron he kept seeing (cough, cough, following) from afar. When his fellow Kestrel Joey gives him a map to hidden treasure, he pounces on the chance to gather a team and go after it... except he maybe forgot to ask whether said team wanted to come along or not... Oh well, the ship's already sailing, there's no going back now. What could go wrong?

What would happen if Scott was older than he says? What would happen if Owen found a young girl in the forest outside of Oakhurst? What if they had a dark past but a bright future? This is a fanfic for the Empires SMP season 1 from the perspective of Shrub the gnome. I hope to make this a whole series so stay tuned! This fanfic follows Shrub and her wolf pack as they traverse through the dark part of the Nether on their journey to Gnomeland. (Shrub the gnome is a character that belongs to Shubble, I'd recommend watching the Empires SMP season 1 before reading because it helps with context) I apologize for the short chapters, this is the first thing I've written and I'm learning how to transition and find my writing style!
