The London underground is a perfect representation of a struggling mind and this creative writing piece is my attempt at describing the inner workings of a mind being infected with mental health while watching the world and people around pass by like the busy passengers of London.

This is going to be a collection of short 'stories'. Pretty much I'm just going to be expressing my experiences with mental health with writing. Mental health problems can include depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, eating disorders, and addiction. It's important to raise awareness about mental health and promote understanding, empathy, and support for those who may be struggling with mental health issues.
