He moves into a new apartment and is doing very well at staying under the radar until the fire alarm goes one night and he is forced to evacuate. On the way back into his apartment, he has a brief encounter with his neighbour. Little does his know that this encounter will change his life for the better. My nonfiction manuscript will serve to halt gender discrimination in the workplace by putting an end to harassment. The prevention of harassment is a cognitive method that is just a simple adaptation of what we do instinctively every day via transcendental meditation and self-awareness. The net result of this is the actionable step necessary to finally progress toward gender equality. The success of this is solely due to a subtle tweak in a man's cognitive behavior --- and a brief but instructive foray into the field of neuroscience explains how this will positively impact equality.

It's basically about how everyone matters and its supposed to help everyone realize they're worth it. There are 5 main characters and perspectives: Jamie who is a transgender boy who finally finds peace at the end of the book and maybe a love. His character will represent a really cute inspirational transgender. Devynn who is a homosexual guy who gets kicked out from his house and his parents send him to a boarding school where he meets the love of his life who teaches him he's perfect. Damien who is a bisexual guy where his parents abandoned him and his trying to find a place where he'll be accepted. He's like the badass character kinda. He's dark and secretive but one guy/girl will open him up. Scarlett who is depressed and pansexual and she meets a transgender ftm who teaches her that she can be happy and how important her life is. Annabelle who is anorexic and bulimic. Her parents are rich and preppy and never pay attention to her. Her mom wants her to be perfect and she starves herself to do it. Little RainDrops will be a book series in a way. There is a book for each of the characters, while the overall idea is expressed in each. (:
