shinji ikari lost everything, his friends and family who betrayed him, or died, and even EVA unit-01, something he despised was taken from him, but he gained two gifts, the first from tabris, the second from the being who lives on the other side of the world, giratina, the pokémon heard his silent cry and saved him, in return for his own assistance in becoming his chosen partner and champion

In the wake of Shinji's fateful encounter with Leliel, the battle for who will control Instrumentality races to a fever pitch, and the resulting events will turn everyone's lives upside-down forever...

When mysterious new pilot Mari Makanami Illustrious comes upon the scene, Shinji realises that the world will soon end without drastic change and vows to fix it by any means necessary. But the path to rebuilding, advancing and redoing will not be easy as Shinji must come to terms with how so many people he trusted and loved despite their faults, have all been lying to him.

Asuka and Rei don't have the greatest relationship, Rei doesn't care and Asuka thinks Rei is a doll. However, an unexpected turn of events turn the two from those that didn't get along that much to a duo, maybe even more.

third impact changed everything, shinji's choice to give everyone else that same choice changed everything, as it didnt just affect his world but others as well, now numerous worlds have come together under a new order the united interstellar confederation was born, or UIC as it became known, but this was just the beginning as EVA unit-01 stands as the pinnacle of human creation, it gave humanity and its allies the way to this new peace, amd no one is willing to let it go, that means shinji ikari won't be let go either

(F/F) (asurei) Rei Ayanami tries to deal with the shenanigans of her fellow classmates and friends. Dropped/ you could take chapter 9 as the last. Evangelion Highschool AU a whole bunch of fluff and not much else. Some characters from Love, Chunibyo and other Delusions! are in here but they don't change the plot much. (+ One character from The Disastrous Life of Saiki K; Kaidou) Recommended for Neon Genesis Evangelion fans as they're the characters I focus on the most. I might rewrite this at some point so feel free to write your criticisms in the comments.

Shinji spirals into an deep depression. His therapist suggested that he should find something that makes him happy in life. That's when he finds himself at Len's concert. Shinji wonders if he'll be able to meet his biggest idol after the concert, the only thing that seems to help him find a will to live.
