Steve Rogers find it hard to adopt his new life in the modern world. When someone broke in at S.H.I.E.L.D headquarters and stole something very important documents. Fury asks Rogers help to recover the stolen files where he met and worked with Natasha Romanoff. They soon develop feelings for each other and later hooked up during the mission. The mission ended by exposing Hydra and S.H.I.E.L.D in public that forced Natasha to leave after she blew all her covers to find a new identity and build a new life and she took advantage of that to escape Rogers and left his heart broken.

Know that feeling when you really want something, but when you have it. You're willing to take it back and forget you ever wished, prayed, and groveled for it. That's how Natasha Romanoff felt, when she found out that she's got a whole new set of 'family' she'd been waiting for. Only did she meet one of them, made her want to take it all back.
