This is a Classical Argument Paper that I wrote for my English 1010 class. I got 190/200 on it and I am more than a little proud of this. It isn't what people usually read, that's okay. If you take the time to read through this, then really, I appreciate it. Thank you, and I hope for some discussions to come from this! Also, the next part is the newspaper article I wrote for my public genre. It's maybe a bit simpler and it was a pretty bomb piece of writing. I hope I can touch some people with these. (:

Joshua MacDowell, a junior in high school, meets and falls for new student and freshman Irene Truscott. Pretty though shy, Irene seems like the perfect girl for Joshua. And when together, the two are inseperable. But of course, not everyone agrees on their relationship, like Irene's controlling brother Ivan and the girls from junior year.
