詐騙方式及手法不外乎係捉著民眾貪小便宜及恐嚇心態，只要戒除人性之貪念，接獲任何可疑來歷不明之電話除立即掛斷外，對於接獲之信息能主動小心查證，並能立即與165反詐騙專線聯繫或就近向警察機關報案，就可以免除被詐騙的危險。謹記防詐騙之「三要原則」及「三不原則」，即可避免不必要之被騙機會： 一、「三要原則」： （一）「要冷靜」：不論接獲任何電話通知，例如恐嚇家長揚言綁架孩童、或謊稱親友受傷急需用錢或金融卡遭盜用時要先冷靜! （二）「要查證」：不論對方所述情況有多危急或多嚴重時，要先向親友求證或撥104、105查詢正確電話號碼，或撥165反詐騙專線查證。 （三）「要報警」：不要害怕驚慌，要先打110報案或撥165向警方報案，請警方協助，並與警方合作，以確保安全。 二、「三不原則」： （一）：不要聽信「電話」通知而依照別人指示操作ATM提款機轉帳，否則錢財將不翼而飛。 （二）：不要在「電話」中告知您的銀行帳號、身分證統號等個人資料，否則您就可能成為詐欺「人頭戶」。 （三）：不要依據對方所留「電話」查證，否則極易陷入歹徒設好之陷阱。 請牢記「 一聽、二掛、三查證」的步驟： 防騙三步驟：請牢記「一聽、二掛、三查證」的步驟： 一聽！聽清楚這個電話說什麼？ 二掛！聽完後，立刻掛斷這通電話，不讓歹徒繼續操控你的情緒。 三查！快撥165反詐騙專線查證！ 將剛才聽到的電話內容告訴165。 如果您不慎被騙或者對來歷不明的平台產生疑問可以找到廖律師，免費為您諮詢被騙以後如何挽回損失，免費鑒別投資平台真假。我把廖律師的賴放在這裡： LINE：w33994- Reads 2
