Fifth Harmony, the band that swept the globe with their talented voices aren't really what you think they are. By night they are international spy's hired by the government to go on undercover missions. Lauren Jauregui likes to think of herself as the group leader who is strong, powerful, fearless. But, when it comes down to Camila her power fades and she feels completely helplessly in love with her. Lauren's been in love with Camila ever since day 1 but has never admitted her true feeling because she was afraid of risking their friendship. But, then the girls are forced to give up their music and spy career. They have to now attend high school and be normal teenagers. Will the girls fit in with all the other regular teens?

Lauren has always gone to this diner, but what happens when a new waitress is hired? From the first impression, Lauren has been intrigued by her. She's different from anyone else she has ever met, and the way Lauren's heart felt softer in that small booth with the girl who said her name like it meant something. Will Lauren be able to win Camila's heart and protect her from the dangers of the world? On the surface, Camila is bright, bubbly, and down-to-earth; however, what's underneath is different. She holds secrets and pain close to her heart; she needs someone to protect her. Will Lauren be able to be that person? TW the story will contain mentions of mental health issues, there will be a trigger warning at the start of those chapters so if it's too much you can skip over them.

Description: I began writing this story in November 2014 based on a prompt submitted to the 5hfanfiction Tumblr page which essentially requested for somebody to write about Camila and Lauren being set up on a blind date then planning revenge on their friends by pretending it worked. It is an Alternate Universe (AU) story where Camila works as the assistant to an A&R rep at the fictional Hype-R records and Lauren is an aspiring author who works at a bookstore.
