Food Stories

This is a collection of recipes and reminiscences from over sixty years of boating and cooking aboard. A large part of my inspiration comes from visiting eighty-five countries and experiencing their cuisines. Though I have no professional training, I was an instructor in a major culinary school in the mid-1980s.

It all sounded simple, until one night, she overheard a sad secret in the office pantry. Over time, she formed a sincere friendship with her new workmates. And maybe, this could be the key in healing her own heartache, the main reason their band had to temporarily go on separate ways.
