The seventeen years old got to the point where he was wondering why he was getting up in the morning. None of this made sense and everything seemed pointless. He had no purpose in life and he just didn't see the point. But maybe all he needed was a bit of adventure. Maybe he just needed someone who'd make his life a bit more interesting, and maybe he was about to find that person through the arrival of his new neighbors. (short chapters.)

I went back and edited a bit, but I kept the first few chapters as close to the original as possible. Fun fact: It actually kind of got written backwards. I had a title first, an idea for an ending, then a few middle scenes, and then wrote the beginning. So there's a few beginning and end chapters written from 2015 that are kinda cringe in some parts. One night, one of his friends decides to drive despite being drunk, which causes a terrible car accident, during which the vehicle flips upside down multiple times. He is now paralysed from the waist down and lives confined in his mansion, on his wheelchair. He has no friends anymore, despite the young age. His desperate mother, tries to cheer him up in all possible ways, including finding a carer who could bring a smile back onto his lips. She really thinks she has hit rock bottom when she accepts a weird red haired boy as a carer for her beloved son, but who knows? The most unexpected person might be the one to really change things.
